AERS 2025 Spring Meeting Abstract Submission

Registration

  • An abstract must be submitted for all presenters and speakers, both for poster sessions and oral sessions (one abstract per presentation). You may submit more than one abstract for different presentations. There is no fee for submitting an abstract. Submitting an abstract **DOES NOT** complete your Registration or allow you to attend the meeting. You and any co-authors attending must also register and pay fees at the Registration link on the website. Abstracts will be reviewed and the presenter will be sent an email when the abstract is accepted. Abstracts MUST be 100 words of less. If you abstract is longer than 100 words, it will be automatically shortened to the first 100 words entered

All formats welcome; oral presentations encouraged.

Submit an abstract to present at the AERS 2025 Spring Meeting!

Abstract submissions are limited to 100 words (~1050 characters).  

Only one presentation per person is allowed. Presentations can be regular oral, ignite oral, or a poster.

**Please remember to REGISTER after submitting your abstract**

There are 2 types of oral presentations (see the Presentation Guidelines page for more information):

  • Regular Oral Presentation: 15-minute Oral Presentation
  • Ignite Oral Presentation: 5-minute presentations with slides that automatically advance
