2020 Spring Abstract Submission

Registration

  • An abstract must be submitted for all presenters and speakers, both for poster sessions and oral sessions (one abstract per presentation). You may submit more than one abstract for different presentations. There is no fee for submitting an abstract. Submitting an abstract **DOES NOT** complete your Registration or allow you to attend the meeting. You and any co-authors attending must also register and pay fees at the Registration link on the website. Abstracts will be reviewed and the presenter will be sent an email when the abstract is accepted.

Abstract submissions are limited to 200 words.
Only one presentation (either oral or poster) per person is allowed.
**Please remember to REGISTER after submitting your abstract**

There are 3 types of presentations (see the Presentation Guidelines page for more information:

  • Regular Oral Presentation: 15 min Oral Presentation
  • Ignite Oral Presentation:   5 minute presentations with slides that automatically advance
  • Regular Poster Presentation: Traditional Poster
