This support helps keep registration costs affordable and allows AERS to offer student and early-career travel awards. Contributions may support overall meeting operations or be directed toward specific funds or events, such as the student endowment fund, which provides financial assistance for students to attend AERS/CERF meetings and related activities.

Vendors are also welcome at most AERS meetings. Vendor participation is available for a fee of $300 and includes a table in a prime location with frequent access to attendees during registration, coffee breaks, and the poster session. Vendors are not advertised prior to the meeting; organizations wishing to have their name or logo included in meeting announcements should select a sponsorship level.
